Critical Corrected During Inspection TCS foods not being cold held at the proper temperature. Observed skim milk sitting at room temperature (64 F) in the Starbucks Coffee area. Milk was voluntarily discarded.

Complaint: Customer bought hamburger buns that had a hole from a mouse. Investigation result: The store has an exterminator, and no evidence of mouse activity was observed. While it is possible it happened at this facility, it is also possible the hamburger buns were compromised prior to arriving at this store.

The acidification of white rice for the sushi and the sushi process was review for this inspection.
