This was a follow-up consultation after the fire on 3/26/24. Facility cleaned all surfaces on grill line with soap and water. No chemical residue is apparent. All dishes and equipment were washed and replaced. Per ODH recommendation, grill is to be heated up, cooled down, and cleaned with soap and water once more before opening. Upon receipt of Fire Dept. approval, facility is OK to re-open. |
