Did not observe any mold in coolers, but there was some build up of debris on cooler floor under milk and coolers appear to not have been cleaned lately. Recommend cleaning it out as often as necessary to prevent build up.
The physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean, and cleaning shall be done during periods when the least amount of food is exposed.

|Received complaint regarding mold and employees not washing their hands. Did not observe any mold in the facility. Discussed with manager the complaints. He states that employees use hand sanitizer before serving ice cream and cones have paper wraps on them so they are not contacting food items directly. Discussed that employees need to wash hands between tasks to ensure safe food handling.|
