3717-1-06.2(B) / Handwashing cleanser - availability.
No soap at the handwashing sink in the restrooom and the hand sink in the back room. Correct by: 10/23/20.

3717-1-06.2(C) / Handwashing sinks - hand drying provision.
Repeat No towels or drying device at the handwashing sink in the back room. Correct by: 10/23/20.

3717-1-03.4(F)(1)(b) / Time/temperature controlled for safety food - cold holding.
Critical Corrected During Inspection TCS foods not being cold held at the proper temperature. Observed 8 bottles of Simply Lemonade, 4 bottles of Simply Orange, and 1 carton of Minute Maid fruit punch on the shelf at room temperature. Cartons stated keep refrigerated. PIC removed juices from retail sale at the time of inspection.

Critical Corrected During Inspection TCS foods not being cold held at the proper temperature. Observed protein packs with chicken and cheddar at room temperature in the broken sandwich cooler. PIC voluntarily discarded at the time of inspection.

3717-1-03.4(G) / Ready-to-eat, time/temperature controlled for safety food - date marking.
Critical Repeat Corrected During Inspection Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods not properly date marked. Observed an opened box of creamer in the dispenser without a date mark. PIC added date mark on creamer box at the time of inspection.

3717-1-07.1(A) / Poisonous or toxic materials: Storage: separation.
Critical Repeat Corrected During Inspection Improper storage of poisonous or toxic materials. Observed canned and bottle drinks stored under windshield washer fluid and motor oil. PIC removed drinks under motor oil and stored the windshield washer fluid below the boxes of canned drinks at the time of inspection.

Hot and cold holding equipment thermometer was missing, located incorrectly, or not easily readable. No thermometer available in the walk-in milk cooler. Correct by: 10/23/20.

3717-1-03.5(C)(3) / Food labels - bulk food
Repeat Corrected During Inspection Bulk food for customer self-service not properly labeled. Observed dum dum lollipops in a blow pop box in the retail area. Dum Dums did not contain an ingredients list. Box was removed from retail sale at the time of inspection.

Improper storage of food items. Observed a box of pop syrup stored on the floor in the back storage room. Food items shall be stored a minimum of six inches above the floor. Correct by: 10/23/20.

Single-service and single-use articles not protected from contamination. Observed two boxes of single-use foam cups stored on the floor. Single-use articles shall be stored a minimum of six inches above the floor. Correct by: 10/23/20.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Observed the sandwich cooler to be broken at the time of inspection. PIC stated unit broke down the day before. Repair unit prior to storage of TCS foods.

3717-1-04.2(I) / Sanitizing solutions - testing devices.
No sanitizer test kit available for the quat sanitizer at the three compartment sink. Chlorine test strips available in the facility. Discussed using bleach at the three compartment sink or obtaining quaternary ammonium test strips. Correct by: 10/23/20.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed a build-up of food residue on the bottom inside the ice cream freezer. Correct by: 10/23/20.

Non-food contact surface(s) not cleaned at the required frequency. Observed a build-up of ice inside the cream machine dispenser. Correct by: 10/23/20.
