3717-1-05.1(O)(2) / Using a handwashing sink - other uses prohibited.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Handwashing sink is being used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed food residue in hand sinks in the deli/bakery area and the produce area. Hand sinks shall be used for handwashing only. PIC cleaned out food residue at time of inspection.

3717-1-05.1(C)(1) / Handwashing sink - required water temperature
Handwashing sink water below 100°F. Hand sink in the produce area was at 65-66*F. Hand sink in the meat department was at 95*F. PIC placed work order for both hand sinks at time of inspection.

3717-1-03.2(C) / Packaged and unpackaged food - preventing contamination by separation, packaging, and segregation
Critical Corrected During Inspection Food not properly protected from contamination by separation, packaging, and segregation. Observed raw turkey bacon stored over raw pork bacon and sausage. Food types shall be arranged with the cooking temperature in ascending order so that cross contamination of one type with another is prevented. PIC moved raw turkey bacon over raw turkey sausage.

3717-1-03.4(F)(1)(a) / Time/temperature controlled for safety food - hot holding.
Critical Corrected During Inspection TCS foods not being hot held at the proper temperature. Observed cups of popcorn chicken at 108-122*F. PIC voluntarily discarded.

3717-1-03.4(G) / Ready-to-eat, time/temperature controlled for safety food - date marking.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods not properly date marked. Observed cut lettuce from the day before in the walk-in cooler in the deli area without a date mark.

3717-1-04.1(Y) / Temperature measuring devices.
Hot and cold holding equipment thermometer was missing, located incorrectly, or not easily readable. No thermometer observed in the sliced lunch meat cooler for customer self-service. Correct by next inspection.

3717-1-04(A) / Multiuse utensils and food contact surfaces - material characteristics.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Equipment and/or utensils improper construction. Observed non-food grade containers in the bakery being used in direct food contact to store cookie crumbs for donuts. PIC voluntarily discarded product and lined both containers with a food grade plastic bag.

3717-1-04.3(B) / Fixed equipment installation - spacing or sealing.
Fixed equipment not properly sealed or spaced for cleaning. Observed stainless steel food prep tables in the deli and bakery area that were not properly sealed to the wall or spaced to allow for cleaning. Correct by next inspection.

3717-1-04.4(Q)(3) / Utensils, temperature and pressure measuring devices - good repair and calibration.
Ambient air temperature, water pressure, or water temperature measuring device was not in good repair or accurate. Thermometer display on the outside of the walk-in cooler in the deli area was reading 45*F at the time of inspection. Inside of cooler was at 40*F. Correct by next inspection.

3717-1-04.2(I) / Sanitizing solutions - testing devices.
No sanitizer test kit available for the 3 compartment sink in the deli. Correct by next inspection.

3717-1-04.5(D) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - cleaning frequency.
Non-food contact surface(s) not cleaned at the required frequency. Observed a build-up of food residue on the back of the signs in the hot holding case in the deli. PIC stated new signs have been ordered.

3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Facility not maintained clean. Observed an accumulation of ice in the walk-in freezer in the back storage area. Correct by next inspection.

3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
Physical facilities not maintained in good repair. Observed missing wall tiles around the back hand sink in the deli. Correct by next inspection.

3717-1-06.4(F) / Drying mops.
Repeat Mops dried improperly. Observed mop setting in mop bucket by the produce area mop sink. Mops shall be hung to air dry when not in use. Correct by: 9/5/19.

3717-1-06.4(D) / Cleaning ventilation systems, nuisance and discharge prohibition.
Ventilation system not maintained. Observed an accumulation of dust on the fans on the ceiling of the dairy walk-in cooler. Correct by next inspection.

3717-1-06.2(I)(3) / Lighting - intensity (50 FC)
Light intensity less than fifty foot candles in required areas. Observed a burnt out light bulb over the fryers in the deli. Correct by next inspection.

Conducted and discussed inspection with Assistant Managers Tina Swartz and Ashley. Conducted inspection with Lindsey Pittak, SIT. Observed several cans that were dented on the top seam and sides. PIC pulled dented cans from shelves at time of inspection. Emailed report.
