Critical Corrected During Inspection Direct connection between the sewage system and a drain originating from equipment in which food, portable equipment, or utensils are placed. Drain line from soda dispenser were below the level of the flood rim on the drain. PIC adjusted.

Corrected During Inspection Outdoor refuse containers without tight fitting lids, doors, or covers. Door to dumpster observed open and not in use.
