Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. At time of inspection, dairy cooler in dining area had gasket seal observed loose

Equipment not approved by a recognized testing agency. At time of inspection, tupperware containers used in dining area freezer for turkey gravy and in kitchen cooler for butter. Please replace with durable commercial grade containers
