Handwashing sink water below 100°F. Hand sink by the three compartment and in the restroom water temperature at 74*F during inspection. Correct by: 4/21/23.

Water source and/or hot water capacity not sufficient. Hot water at the three compartment sink at 75*F during inspection. Discussed minimum requirement of 110*F for wash water in the sink. Correct by: 4/21/23.

Mops dried improperly. Observed a mop setting in the bucket. Discussed hanging to air dry when not in use. Correct by: 4/21/23.
