Critical Corrected During Inspection Ready-to-eat, TCS food not properly discarded when required. At time of inspection, Almond milk datemarked October 29, 2019 was still in Hobart cooler. CORRECTED, listed item was discarded

3717-1-06.1(M) / Outer openings - protected.
Outer opening not protected. At time of inspection,door in dining area was missing door sweeper seal resulting in half inch air gap at bottom

3717-1-06.2(I)(2) / Lighting - intensity (20 FC)
Light intensity less than twenty foot candles in required areas. At itme of inspection, light bulb in middle Hobart reach in cooler was observed burned out and did not provide twenty foot candle light

Comments
Conducted inspection with PIC Kim Howell; reviewed inspection findings with PIC. Risk Level III activities include: Cook/Hot Hold. Menu: Hot Dogs, pre-cut tossed salad, and canned mandarin oranges with milk. Coolers found to be in disrepair in dining area have been removed. Floor tiles have been repaired. Middle Hobart reach in cooler did have leak inside observed in area of ice build up
