Conducted inspection with PIC Kim Howell; reviewed inspection findings with PIC. Risk Level III activities include: Cook/Hot Hold. Menu: Hot Dogs, pre-cut tossed salad, and canned mandarin oranges with milk. Coolers found to be in disrepair in dining area have been removed. Floor tiles have been repaired. Middle Hobart reach in cooler did have leak inside observed in area of ice build up |
