3717-1-05.1(D) / Backflow prevention - air gap. Critical Observed the air gap between a plumbing fixture and a piece of equipment that was not sufficient to prevent back siphonage of contaminated water. Observed drip line from the walk in cooler in the rim of the floor drain. To prevent a foodborne illness an air gap shall be provided to prevent the back siphonage of contaminated water. To prevent contamination, an air gap between the water supply inlet and the flood level rim of the plumbing fixture, equipment, or nonfood equipment shall be at least twice the diameter of the water supply inlet and may not be less than one inch (25 millimeters). Observed a car motor in the back storage room. Only items that pertain to the operation shall be in the premises. Remove the motor & discard grey food storage container it is stored in. The premises shall be free of Items that are unnecessary to the operation or maintenance of the FSO or RFE such as equipment that is nonfunctional or no longer used and litter.
