Attempted to conduct an inspection. Cafe still not in operation due to the pandemic. Spoke with Wendy. Cafe may be re-opened for fall semester. Obtained contact info for Gloria Sims, Administrative Assistant to Dean. Received an email from Executive Director Matt Portner stating the plan is to open the cafe for the fall semester near the end of August, but there is not a specific date and it is all subject to change.
