Corrected During Inspection No written procedures for vomiting or diarrheal events. Provided ODH's guidance for vomit/fecal accidents at time of inspection.

3717-1-05.1(C)(1) / Handwashing sink - required water temperature
Handwashing sink water below 100°F. Observed water temperature below 100*F at both the mens and womens restroom. Correct by: April 23, 2019.

3717-1-03.2(C) / Packaged and unpackaged food - preventing contamination by separation, packaging, and segregation
Critical Corrected During Inspection Food not properly protected from contamination by separation, packaging, and segregation. Obsesrved raw bacon over ready to eat food in the meat cooler.

3717-1-03.6(A) / Discarding/reconditioning unsafe, adulterated, or not honestly presented food
Critical Corrected During Inspection Unsafe, adulterated or not honestly presented food not discarded or properly reconditioned. Observed several excessively dented cans in the canned food aisles. PIC removed from shelf to damage items out.

Improper storage of food items. Observed pickle jars stored on the floor. Food must be stored six inches up off the floor.

3717-1-06.4(N) / Maintaining premises - unnecessary items and litter.
Unnecessary or nonfunctional items and /or litter on premises. Observed excess trash along the fence behind the dumpster. Ensure dumpster lids remain closed when not in use.
