To prevent contamination, except for nuts in the shell or whole, raw fruits and vegetables that are intended for hulling, peeling, or washing by the consumer, food on display shall be protected from contamination as required by this rule. Had PIC pull apples from sale to be re-rinsed and wrapped to protect from contamination. Educated PIC on need to wrap apples or have supplier pre-wrap apples after rinsing.  |

Bulk food that is available for consumer self-dispensing shall be prominently labeled with the information specified under (C)(2) of this rule. Ensure Supplier or this facility obtains an ingredient statement to display for customers or place into a booklet. |

Food equipment that is acceptable for use in a FSO or RFE shall be approved by a recognized food equipment testing agency. When and if this piece of equipment no longer performs to satisfactory, replace with commercial grade. Any new equipment entering facility shall be commercial grade and RPH approved prior to implementation. |
