Complaint on 23-Nov-2015 :
LOW PRIORITY - Caller said that when food is ordered and the person has to pull up and wait for their order, if the employee goes out to distribute the food and the person who ordered it is not there the employee takes it back inside and puts it back on the rack for distribution. Caller witnessed this herself when her order was messed up and she went inside to get it corrected. She believes this is a violation of proper handling of food.
11-24-15 I spoke with Manager in Charge, Debra Hudgens about the complaint. She stated that they only save the food if it is not handled by the consumer. AB
