Handwashing sink water below 100°F. Observed staff bathroom to have a handwashing temperature of 97F. Ensure handwashing sinks have a temperature of at least 100F by next standard inspection.

3717-1-04.8(E)(2) / Clean equipment and utensils stored in a self-draining position and covered or inverted.
Repeat Clean equipment and utensils not stored in a self-draining position and covered or inverted. Observed food contact surfaces of pans and bowls to not be inverted. PIC had pans inverted, and plans were made to get coverings for bowls and cupcake pans. Correct by next standard inspection.

3717-1-04.8(G)(1) / Kitchenware and tableware - handling of single-service and single use articles.
Single-service or single-use articles, kitchenware, or tableware not handled, displayed, or dispensed properly. Observed handles of drawer is not be all facing in the face direction. Ensure all handles in drawer are facing in the same direction by end of day 12/15/2022.

Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed non-food contact portion of upper lid of mixer to have visible residue. Clean by 12/22/2022.

Physical facilities not maintained in good repair. Observed the wall by the walk-in cooler to be separating. Repair by next standard inspection.

3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Facility not maintained clean. Observed the ceiling tiles in the kitchen to have visible residue. Clean by next standard inspection.

3717-1-06.4(D) / Cleaning ventilation systems, nuisance and discharge prohibition.
Ventilation system not maintained. Observed the ventilation units by the ice machine to have dust accumulation. Clean by 12/22/2022.

3701-21-22 / Food choking standards
Food choking standards not readily accessible in FSO. Observed no choking poster in the cafeteria. PIC stated she will print the posters off this afternoon. Correct by end of day 12/15/2022.

Comments
Conducted and reviewed with Tyra (PIC), and Jade Sweitzer (EHSIT). Discussed dust around the facility and ensuring cleaning dust prone areas are maintained at a frequency to preclude the accumulation of build-up.

VII - P - Protection from Contamination: Foods are protected from physical and environmental contamination during storage, preparation, holding and display.
VI - P - TCS Food: Observed hot foods being held at 135°F or above; cold foods being held at 41°F or below.
III - P - Preventing Contamination by Hands: Observed food employee washing hands prior to donning single use gloves.
I - P - Employee Health: The operation had an employee health policy on file.
X - P - Chemical: No unapproved food or color additives are used.
