| 3717-1-06.1(A) / Floors, walls, and ceilings. Floors, walls, and/or ceilings were not smooth and easily cleanable. OBSERVED CEILING TILES IN THE KITCHEN THAT WERE NOT SMOOTH & EASILY CLEANABLE. OBSERVED A FEW BROKEN FLOOR TILES UNDER THE DISHMACHINE AREA THAT NEED TO BE REPLACED. Floors, floor coverings, walls, wall coverings, and ceilings shall be designed, constructed, and installed so they are smooth and easily cleanable. REPLACE THE CEILING TILES WITH SMOOTH & EASILY CLEANBLE TILES. REPAIR OR REPLACE THE FLOOR UNDER THE DISHMACHINE SO THAT IT IS EASILY CLEANABLE.  |
