Discussed inspection with store managers Glen and Gary. Observed a box of baby formula with a use by date of January 2020 in the back storage room that was going to be damaged out. PIC voluntarily opened formula and discarded into the trash at the time of inspection. Hard copy of inspection report provided during inspection.
