Critical Corrected During Inspection Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods not properly date marked. Observed opened bags of boiled eggs, turkey sausage, and pork sausage not date marked. PIC verified when product was opened and placed date mark on items during inspection. Educational handout provided regarding proper date marking provided during inspection.

3717-1-07(B) / Poisonous or toxic materials: Working containers - common name.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Working containers of poisonous or toxic materials not properly labeled. Observed spray bottle of cleaner in kitchen are not labeled. PIC states product is not used and emptied spray bottle during inspection.

3717-1-07.1(A) / Poisonous or toxic materials: Storage: separation.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Improper storage of poisonous or toxic materials. Observed spray bottle of kitchen cleaner stored hanging on side of metal storage racks for clean equipment and over a box of coffee grounds. PIC moved spray bottle to a separated location during inspection.

Hot and cold holding equipment thermometer was missing, located incorrectly, or not easily readable. No thermometers observed in multiple refrigerators throughout facility. Ensure thermometers are placed inside refrigerators by next standard inspection.

3717-1-03.2(D) / Food storage containers - identified with common name of food.
Working food containers not properly labeled. Observed multiple bags of food without label of common name. Label working food containers/bags today.

3717-1-03.2(U) / Food display - preventing contamination by consumers.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Food display not properly protected from contamination by consumers.Observed apples in customer self-service buffet area not protected from contamination. Employee pulled from sale area. Ensure washed, ready to eat produce is protected from contamination or marked to indicate washing is needed prior to eating.

Single service articles intended for food or lip contact improperly dispensed. Observed coffee stirrers stored unprotected in container at self service coffee counter. Ensure single service articles that are intended for food-contact are furnished for consumer self service with original individual wrapper intact or from an approved dispenser. Correct prior to next standard inspection.

No sanitizer test kit available. Observed sanitizer test strips expired. Quat (3-15-22) and chlorine (7/1/20 & 10/1/20). Obtain new test strips today.

Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed interior surfaces of arctic air freezer to contain visible food debris and residue. Clean today.
