3717-1-06.1(M) / Outer openings - protected.
Repeat Outer opening not protected. -Observed the back receiving door weather strip to be in disrepair creating a space at the bottom of the door frame. Correct by 3-17-20

3717-1-05.1(I) / Service sink - number.
Repeat Service sink or curbed cleaning facility not provided and/or conveniently located. -Facility does not have a service sink. The only sink at the facility is the handwashing sink in the employee rest-room. PIC states she dumps dirty mop water in the toilet and other employees normally dump mop water outside. Correct by 4-10-20
