Person in charge did not ensure employees are preventing cross contamination of foods with bare hands by using suitable utensil. PIC stated toppings in the top of the make table coolers are used on salads and pizzas. Gloves are used when making salads but are not used when making pizzas. Discussed using separate toppings for salads to prevent bare hand contact with ready to eat food items. Correct by: 4/28/22.

Improper storage of food items. Observed two containers of pizza sauce setting on the floor inside of the walk-in cooler. Correct by: 4/28/22.

In-use utensils improperly stored. Knives used for cutting subs were being stored in between the make table coolers. Correct by: 4/28/22.
