Critical Corrected During Inspection Working containers of poisonous or toxic materials not properly labeled. Observed a spray bottle of cleaner that was not labeled with the common name. PIC labeled bottle of cleaner at the time of inspection.

3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Facility not maintained clean. Observed the floor under the dry food storage racks in the back room in need of greater cleaning frequency. Correct by next inspection.

Complaint on 05-Mar-2020 :
Conducted a Standard/CCP/Complaint inspection in response to complaint received on March 5, 2020. Facility had previously been closed due to COVID-19 and have recently re-opened. Discussed complaint and inspection with Brenda and Jane. No food employees were observed eating in the kitchen at the time of inspection. Food employees were observed wearing gloves while handling ready to eat food. Discussed having a designated area away from the food prep area for food employees to eat. Discussed when to wash hands and change gloves. Observed several boxes of single-use nitrile gloves available for use in the facility at the time of inspection. Facility is not currently cooling or reheating food. Leftovers are sent home with food employees. Emailed inspection report.
