3717-1-03.2(M) / Wiping cloths - use limitation.
Corrected During Inspection Improper use and/or maintenance of wiping cloths. Damp wiping cloths observed on counters. Cloths should be stored in solution when not in use. PIC moved to sanitizer bucket at time of inspection.

3717-1-04.8(F) / Storage - prohibitions - utensils, equipment and linens.
Corrected During Inspection Observed clean utensils stored under drying mop. PIC removed items and had them washed rinsed and sanitized at time of inspection and moved location of mop.

3717-1-04.1(KK) / Food equipment - certification and classification.
Repeat Equipment not approved by a recognized testing agency. Observed Keurig 2.0 coffee maker. Replace when equipment no longer functions with commercial grade unit.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Visible accumulation of spilled ice cream observed on bottom of retail freezer and walk in freezer. Please clean before next inspection.

3717-1-06.4(D) / Cleaning ventilation systems, nuisance and discharge prohibition.
Ventilation system not maintained. Accumulation of dust observed on fan guards of walk in freezer and walk in cooler. Please clean with a frequency that precludes the accumulation of visible soil.
