Observed temperatures of heads of iceberg lettuce and bagged iceberg lettuce to be at below 41*F in retail cooler, as well as in walk in cooler. Observed instruction on heads of iceberg lettuce to inidcate need for washing prior to preparing/eating. PIC, Cameron, stated they have a daily program called SPARK in which they verify food temperatures and remove any out of date products. PIC states this facility has not received any complaints of illness or notifications of any recalls at this time. |
