Critical Corrected During Inspection Written procedures and plans are not maintained and implemented. Yogurt with a use by date of 03/14 was observed in cooler. PIC voluntarily discarded.

3717-1-05.1(C)(1) / Handwashing sink - required water temperature
Handwashing sink water below 100°F. Hand sink in kitchen water did not get to temperature. Please repair so water is above 100F by 06/26/22

3717-1-04.4(N)(3) / Manual and mechanical warewashing equipment, chemical sanitization (quaternary ammonium) - temp., pH, concentration, and hardness
Critical Corrected During Inspection Quaternary ammonium sanitizing solution at incorrect temperature, concentration, and/or water hardness. Sanitizer solution strength was above 500PPM at time of inspection. PIC remade so solution was between 200-400 PPM at time of inspection.

Corrected During Inspection Fixed equipment not properly sealed or spaced for cleaning. Hand sink in kitchen was not sealed to wall. Please seal to wall by next standard inspection.

3717-1-04.2(I) / Sanitizing solutions - testing devices.
No sanitizer test kit available. Test kit for sanitizer expired 09/2021 please obtain by 03/26/22

3717-1-05.1(S) / Plumbing system - maintained in good repair.
Plumbing system not properly maintained or repaired. Drain in Handsink in kitchen drains slowly. Please repair by next standard inspection.

3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
Physical facilities not maintained in good repair. Wall material behind prep table has crack in it. Please repair so surface is non adsorbent, smooth durable and easily cleanable by next standard inspection.
