3717-1-06.4(N) / Maintaining premises - unnecessary items and litter. Observed unnecessary or nonfunctional items and /or litter on the premises. Observed shelves, plastic bottle containers and other debris by back door outside of premise. The premises shall be free of Items that are unnecessary to the operation or maintenance of the FSO or RFE such as equipment that is nonfunctional or no longer used and litter. Remove all unnecessary items from facility.

If facility wishes to add hotdogs or make their own sandwiches will need to go through plan review as the space currently is not adequate for these things.*** Due to facility becoming a level 2 in 2018, will not require a level 2 personal. Correct violations by next standard inspection in 2018 licensure year.
