Copy of report sent via email. *Unable to verify if the food prep sink is properly air gapped for backflow prevention. Ensure the prep sink drain is properly air gapped. Facility to submit time in-lieu of temperature procedure for items such as lettuce, tomatoes, etc. for buffet. Template attached. Ensure areas such as floors and shelving units are clean prior to operation. Facility submitted license application at time of inspection. When full license fee is received, facility is approved to operate.
