3717-1-02.4(C)(16) / Person in charge: duties - ensure the facility has written procedures for vomiting and diarrheal events.
Person-in-charge did not ensure that the facility has written procedures for employees to follow when responding to vomiting or diarrheal events. Provided RPH version again via email. Print and keep available for review in facility.
Person in charge shall ensure that the FSO or RFE have written procedures for employees to follow when responding to vomiting or diarrheal events that involved discharge onto surfaces.
3717-1-04.8(E) / Equipment, utensils, linens, single-service articles, and single-use articles - storage.
Corrected During Inspection Cleaned equipment and utensils, laundered linens, or single-service and single-use articles are not properly stored. Observed large and small paper plates, paper trays, and coffee filters which were not covered or inverted to protect them from splash, sneeze, pests, and dust.
Cleaned equipment and utensils, laundered linens, single-service articles, and single-use articles shall be properly stored as described in this rule.

Observed a build-up of dirt and debris. Observed some dried food splash on the wall behind the back room hand sink.
The physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean, and cleaning shall be done during periods when the least amount of food is exposed. Correct By: 10-Jan-2018

Discussed inspection with PIC Susan.

Keurig single-cup coffee brewer is certified as a "UL-Commercial" appliance.

PIC has signed copies of employee illness reporting agreements present at facility.
-Continue to keep on site and have any new employees sign one as well.

Previously given RPH written vomit incident procedure not present. Provided again.
-Post this in facility of keep in an area where it can easily be referred to.
-Gather all supplies listed under step #2 of the above document and keep clean up kit in an easily accessible location.
