Critical Corrected During Inspection Manual wash solution not being maintained at 110˚ F or above. At time of inspection, wash solution measured at 106 degrees F. CORRECTED, wash solution changed and measured 114 degrees F

Unclean nonfood-contact surfaces. At time of inspection, grease residue observed near stove top and on wall near side of oven.

Risk Level III activities include Cook/serve, Reheat individual portions only Non commercial Black and Decker toaster observed on counter-please replace with commercial toaster when existing toaster no longer functions as designed.
