OBSERVED CEILING TILES IN FOOD SERVICE PREPARATION AREA THAT ARE NOT SMOOTH & EASILY CLEANABLE. OBSERVED BROKEN FLOOR TILES NEAR THE DISHMACHINE THAT ARE NO LONGER SMOOTH & EASILY CLEANABLE. Floors, floor coverings, walls, wall coverings, and ceilings shall be designed, constructed, and installed so they are smooth and easily cleanable. REPAIR OR REPLACE THE CEILING TILES AND BROKEN FLOOR TILES IN THE KITCHEN.  |
