Critical Corrected During Inspection Handwashing sink is being used for purposes other than handwashing. -Observed a damaged beverage stored in the handwashing sink basin (near 3-compartment sink). PIC dumped beverage in 3-compartment sink and discarded container.

3717-1-03.5(C)(3) / Food labels - bulk food
Repeat Bulk food for customer self-service not properly labeled. -Observed the customer self-service donuts to not have label stating the common name or ingredient list for each item. The provided ingredient list included the type of dough and frosting separately. Correct by 6/26/20

3717-1-03.2(U) / Food display - preventing contamination by consumers.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Food display not properly protected from contamination by consumers. -Observed unwashed, uncovered apples stored for customer self-service. PIC pulled from sale.

3717-1-04(A) / Multiuse utensils and food contact surfaces - material characteristics.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Equipment and/or utensils improper construction. -Observed coffee beans stored directly in non-food grade Sterilite containers. PIC moved coffee beans into single-service containers as a temporary correction. PIC states manager will be notified to obtain food grade containers or coffee beans will be kept in original containers.

Equipment not approved by a recognized testing agency. -Observed a household use only GE microwave. When/if microwave no longer functions replace with commercial grade.

3717-1-04.5(D) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - cleaning frequency.
Non-food contact surface(s) not cleaned at the required frequency. -Observed the wires racks and shelf organizers in both walk-in coolers to contain dust/residue: attention near milk and Pepsi products. Correct by 6/26/20
