Critical Chlorine sanitizing solution at incorrect temperature and/or concentration. Observation: no chlorine registering on test papers.
Action: Make sure dish wash machine is functioning correctly, will recheck within 24 hours.

Critical Presence of live insects, and other pests. Observed flies during inspection.
Action: Provide professional fly control measures.

Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Observed Lower cover of dishwasher machine to be coming off of front and held with duck tape.
Action: Properly fix unit so no duck tape is needed.

Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed ice cream cooler with icing on inside walls of unit.
Action: Clean unit thoroughly when no food is present. Will recheck on next regular inspection.
