Handwashing sink water below 100°F. At time of inspection, employee restroom sink only measured at 77 degrees F after 60 seconds

Critical Corrected During Inspection Food equipment surfaces not cleaned at required frequency. At time of inspection, temperature measuring device was not sanitized before measuring temperature of macaroni & cheese. CORRECTED, thermometer sanitized
Thermometer should be cleaned before using or storing food temperature measuring device.

Conducted inspection with PIC Beth Hutchinson; reviewed inspection findings with PIC Risk Level 3 activities include: Cook/Serve. PIC stated no leftovers served. Menu consisted of macaroni and cheese (hot hold), dinner roll, fresh pear, pasteurized dairy milk. Extra choking posters provided to PIC.
