| 3717-1-05.1(S)(1)/Plumbing system - maintained in good repair. The plumbing system was not properly repaired. OBSERVED toliet not working properly in Ladies restroom. Employees shall have a restroom in good repair to prevent a foodborne illness from having to mess with toliet after use.. To prevent health hazards, a plumbing system shall be repaired according to the Ohio building code. Correct By: 29-Apr-2015 The restroom is repaired & working properly. |
| 3717-1-06.4(B)/Cleaning - frequency and restrictions. Observed a build-up of dirt and debris through out the store on the floors & storage area in back. Floors shall be swept & cleaned to prevent a build up of dirt/ debris which could contaminate food & cause a food borne illness. Clean floors through out facility. The physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean, and cleaning shall be done during periods when the least amount of food is exposed.
