3717-1-06.2(B) / Handwashing cleanser - availability. Corrected During Inspection No soap at handwashing sink(s). Hand sink in back automatic soap dispenser did not function. PIC provided soap. All automatic soap dispensers need to operate when business is in operation or other soap needs to be provided at all handsinks.

3717-1-04.2(I) / Sanitizing solutions - testing devices. No sanitizer test kit available. Test kit for sanitizer could not be located at time of inspection. Appropriate test strips for the sanitizer used are needed prior to operation.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Two door make cooler has visible residue and debris in bottom. Please clean prior to operation.

3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing. Physical facilities not maintained in good repair. Walk in cooler condenser is spraying water on wall and floor. Please repair prior to operation.
