Equipment is not approved by a recognized testing agency. Kenmore refrigerator is not commercial grade. When it no longer functions properly, replace with commercial grade. All equipment added must be commercial grade.
Food equipment that is acceptable for use in a FSO or RFE shall be approved by a recognized food equipment testing agency.

Critical Repeat Observed the air gap between a plumbing fixture and a piece of equipment that was not sufficient to prevent back siphonage of contaminated water. Processing sink is not air gapped. Also a prep sink can not be hooked to a garbage grinder. Plumbing inspectors will come to inspect sink with the maintenance person.
