| Conducted and discussed pre-licensing inspection with Amy Kaylor, Director of Catering, and Amby Longhofer, Catering Manager. Thermometers, sanitizer, and test strips available in the facility. Hot water at the hand sink at 100*F and hot water at 3 compartment sink at 110*F. Lighting measured at over 50 foot candles in the cafe at the time of inspection. Provided employee illness reporting agreement form, clean-up procedures, and handwashing sign during inspection. Director to email spec sheets for soup and cookie warmer. Spec sheet for Arctic Air cooler emailed at the time of inspection. Emailed inspection report and food choking poster. OK to apply for license once copy of CO received. |
