Critical Corrected During Inspection Improper display of poisonous or toxic materials offered for retail sale. Observed hand soap and laundry detergent over foods for sale in the back storage room. Ensure all chemicals are stored completely separated from items for sale. PIC corrected at time of inspection.

3717-1-03.5(C)(2) / Food labels - packaged food
Label on a food packaged in-house did not contain all required information. Observed Canels gum singles, and Mamut cookies available for consumer self service to missing or have illegible label information. In house packaged food labels shall contain the following information: responsibility statement, common name of product, complete list of ingredients with predominance by weight, net weight, complete address of facility, and name of each major food allergen. Correct by 4/17/24.

3717-1-03.5(C)(1) / Food labels - packaged food
A food packaged in the facility not labeled. Observed individual candies available for consumer self service with ingredient listing only in Spanish. These candies included: Paletas, Vero Rellerindos, Bubblaloo, and Mazapan. Ensure at least the english translation of the labels are available for consumer review. Correct by 4/17/24.

3717-1-04(I) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - materials.
Nonfood-contact surfaces constructed of unapproved materials. Observed cardboard being used in the refrigerator, rendering the surface no longer smooth, durable, non-absorbent, or easily cleanable. Remove by 4/17/24.

3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
Physical facilities not maintained in good repair. Observed water damage on the ceiling tiles near the cash register. PIC stated plans to replace. Correct by next standard inspection.
