Critical Corrected During Inspection TCS foods not being cold held at the proper temperature. Observed a container of pre-cooked sausage patties at 56*F in the single-door cooler. PIC voluntarily discarded sausage patties at the time of inspection.

3717-1-07.1(A) / Poisonous or toxic materials: Storage: separation.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Improper storage of poisonous or toxic materials. Observed a box of pot and pan detergent stored on top of a box of chips in the kitchen. PIC moved box of cleaning chemicals away from food items at the time of inspection.

3717-1-04.8(E)(1) / Single-service and single-use articles - storage
Repeat Corrected During Inspection [52] Improper storage of single-service and single-use articles. Observed boxes of single-use foam cups stored on the floor. PIC placed a plastic crate under boxes to store at least six inches above the floor at the time of inspection.

Plumbing system not properly maintained or repaired. Observed the faucet over the three compartment sink leaking at the time of inspection. Correct by next inspection.

Discussed inspection with Shelly Brown. Left a cool foods safely handout and time and temperature cooling records. Discussed cooling and reheating of one item in bulk once a week or reheating in individual portions under a risk level three food license. Emailed inspection report.
