Critical Corrected During Inspection Handwashing sink not accessible. Observed container stored in basin of hand sink.
Action: Container was removed

Cutting blocks or boards cannot be effectively cleaned and sanitized. Observed cutting board at Kiosk that has deep grooves and looks dirty.
Action: repair/replace cutting block.

Action: Clean units on frequent basis and will recheck unit.

Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed crusting crumbs inside oven conveyor belt/ catch pan.
Action: Clean on frequency to prevent build-up.
