Critical Corrected During Inspection Handwashing sink not accessible. Observed deli department back hand sink inaccessible.
Department Manager moved items stored in front of hand sink during visit.
3717-1-04.4(C) / Microwave ovens.
Microwave does not meet required safety standards. Observed Gold Star Microwave Non Commercial used in Sushi area.
Provide a commercially approved equipment, will recheck on next inspection.
3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Observed gasket bottom of milk cooler door that has disintegrated at bottom. Observed gasket on cooler door's (customer side) to have gasket's that are separated, mainly on lower portion of door's.
Repair door gasket to provide proper seal of door.

Observed gasket on Produce cooler to have disintegrated at bottom.

Non-food contact surface(s) not cleaned at the required frequency. -Observed grease residue around chicken fryer/oven and back wall, located in Deli. -Observed debris/dust located on top of chicken oven, back of deli/sushi area. -Observed dark residue on spray head and faucet assembly located at Deli, three compartment sink.
Clean area on a frequency to prevent build-up.

Floors, walls, and/or ceilings not smooth and easily cleanable. Observed floor tile in produce area that has a hole through tile, located in center of floor. Observed a strip missing bottom of freezer door, located in front of Bakery.
Repair area, will recheck on next standard inspection.

Repeat Facility not maintained clean. Observed residue on floor under three compartment sink and under hand sink located in back Deli. Observed residue on floor under hand sink located in front deli.
Clean area on a frequency to prevent build-up.
