Critical Corrected During Inspection Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are dirty. Observed soiled can opener blade and apparatus.
To prevent contamination, equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. Action: Clean can opener between use.
3717-1-05.4(F)(1) / Outside receptacles - tight fitting lids
Observed outdoor refuse containers without tight fitting lids, doors, or covers. Observed dumpster with lids not covering trash.
Receptacles and waste handling units for refuse, recyclables, or returnables used outside with materials containing food residue, shall be designed and constructed to have tight-fitting lids, doors, or covers.
3717-1-06.1(A) / Floors, walls, and ceilings.
Floors, walls, and/or ceilings were not smooth and easily cleanable. Observed broken tile in front of walk in cooler.
Floors, floor coverings, walls, wall coverings, and ceilings shall be designed, constructed, and installed so they are smooth and easily cleanable.

Observed a build-up of dirt and debris. Observed walk in cooler with clutter and debri on floor.
The physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean, and cleaning shall be done during periods when the least amount of food is exposed. Action: Clean unit daily basis.
3717-1-06.4(F) / Drying mops.
Observed mops being dried using an unapproved method. Observed wet mop in service sink.
After use, mops shall be placed in a position that allows them to air-dry without soiling walls, equipment, or supplies. Action: Keep mop in a hanging position to allow an air dry.
