Facility has existing two bowl sink in the unused kitchen. Ensure proper disposal of mop water is occurring as discussed. Correct by end of day 4/21/2023. |

Ensure dumpster is stored on a non-absorbent, smooth, durable, and sloped to drain surface. PIC stated he has been in contact with the dumpster provider about the issue. Correct by next standard inspection. |
