PIC states a work order will be entered to corporate maintenance office. Correct by next standard inspection. A plumbing system shall be properly maintained. |
3717-1-06.4(F) / Drying mops. Repeat Observed mops being dried using an unapproved method. -Observed mop left in mop water instead of hung to air-dry. After use, mops shall be placed in a position that allows them to air-dry without soiling walls, equipment, or supplies. Correct By: 08-Jun-2018 |

Provided employee illness agreement and vomit response protocol/clean up kit again, and discussed. Keep these at facility at all times for review during future inspections. Inspection report and above documents provided via hand-delivery. |
