Repeat Handwashing sink water below 100°F. At time of inspection, employee hand wash station measured only 81 degrees after 60 seconds.

Corrected During Inspection In-use utensils improperly stored. At time of inspection, food contact surfaces of scoop utensils left unattended were observed subject to clientele sneeze, splash, dirt and dust while stored on top of counter. CORRECTED, listed items relocated underneath counter for protection

3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
Repeat Physical facilities not maintained in good repair. At time of inspection, peeling paint observed on ceiling above warewashing area
