Handwashing sink water below 100°F. Observation: Hand sink located at chicken preparation area(Deli) does not have hot water.
Action; Provide hot water that is 100 degrees. Correct By: 18-Oct-2021
3717-1-04.4(N)(3) / Manual and mechanical warewashing equipment, chemical sanitization (quaternary ammonium) - temp., pH, concentration, and hardness
Critical Quaternary ammonium sanitizing solution at incorrect temperature, concentration, and/or water hardness. Observed three compartment sink in deli department, Quat sanitizing too low, hardly observable on test paper.
Immediate Action: Adjust chemical to meet required amount. Correct By: 27-Sep-2021

Repeat Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Observation: Donut case door is not shutting properly. Located in front of Bakery.
Action: Correct ASAP.

Non-food contact surface(s) not cleaned at the required frequency. Observation: Observed rust/mildew on lower rail. located on Open Display of Produce(Lettuce and Romaine) are held.
Action: Clean on frequency to preclude rust/mildew/dirt.

Repeat Physical facilities not maintained in good repair. Door skin has a tear in lower cover which enters into Meat Dept. Cooler.

Action: Clean on frequency to preclude dust build-up.

Corrected During Inspection Facility not maintained clean. Observed Produce floor dirty.
