Critical Corrected During Inspection Handwashing sink is being used for purposes other than handwashing. Condiment bottle observed in hand sink by drive through window.

Critical Corrected During Inspection Quaternary ammonium sanitizing solution at incorrect temperature, concentration, and/or water hardness. Solution in three compartment sink was below correct concentration. PIC remade and solution tested between 200 to 400 PPM

Critical Corrected During Inspection Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are unclean. Ice chute on dining room soda dispenser had visible residue on inside. PIC had cleaned at time of inspection.

Critical Presence of live insects. Fruit flies observed in storage area by back door, around utensil storage, mop sink and under produce sink. Facility has pest control agreement.

Repeat Corrected During Inspection Equipment and utensils are not being air dried. Storage containers observed to be stacked wet. PIC removed wet items and had washed, rinsed, sanitized and air dried.

Cutting blocks or boards cannot be effectively cleaned and sanitized. Green cutting board observed to be scored and discolored. Please replace or resurface by next inspection.
