Complaint on 27-May-2022 : Discussed complaint with managers Shannon and Toni. No residue was observed in the ice from the ice machine by the drive thru window at the time of inspection. PIC stated ice machine had recently been cleaned. Discussed cleaning internal and external components of the ice machine at a frequency to prevent the accumulation of residue. Emailed inspection report.
