Dumpster closed and maintained. Stacking order acceptable. Eggs stored on lowest shelf. Dry storage > 6" off of the floor. Chemicals are segregated from food in retail display and dry storage. All cooler temperatures are acceptable at less than 41 degrees F. No critical violations observed at inspection.
