| 3717-1-05.1(S) / Plumbing system - maintained in good repair. Repeat Plumbing system not properly maintained or repaired. Observed the handwashing sink to be funneling into the mop sink and filling from there. No drainage of handwashing sink or mop sink is occurring. PIC stated that employees are instructed to scoop the mop sink water into the toilet and flush it that way. RPH Plumbing department will be in contact. Correct by next standard inspection. |
