Risk Level III FSO activities include: Cook/Serve...Menu consisted of Taco wedges (precooked, hot hold), refried beans (hot hold), mixed fruit, pasteurized dairy milk....single use tableware in use, prepackaged straws....Two door Traulsen juice cooler (new) has gauge that is not accurate; PIC uses another thermometer on inside to monitor temperature levels.
